RV & Primitive Camping
Set up camp at one of our 14 roomy, grassy RV sites—back-in and ready for rigs of almost any size. Enjoy water and 30/50-amp hookups, parking for two vehicles, and space for up to 6 guests—your basecamp for new adventures.

Crave wilder nights? Pitch a tent, roll in with your camper, or park your RV in our first-come, first-choice primitive camping area—no hookups, just open skies and fresh air. Each spot holds up to 6 guests. Clean restrooms with showers are nearby.


 

Rustic Lower Lodge & Rustic Bunkhouse
Your group’s adventure base! The Lower Lodge sleeps 15–18 in four rooms (plus two sofas), with kitchenette, fireplace, ping pong, and laundry.

The Bunkhouse sleeps 12 in two bunkrooms, with a big common room, dining area, full kitchen, two bathrooms, and wraparound porch.

Both offer rustic charm, comfort, and space to gather after days of exploring. Perfect for retreats, families, or anyone ready to make memories under open skies.




 

Cabins: Cozy Two-Bedroom Adventure Base (Sleeps 4)
Recharge after a day outdoors in two queen bedrooms with linens, towels, storage, plus heating and AC. Cook hearty meals in the full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware.

Cap your night around the outdoor fire pit (bring wood and chairs). Ideal for families or couples ready to explore by day and relax in comfort by night.

Rustic Mountain Upper Lodge – Shared Getaway with Private Bedrooms

 

Tucked into the scenic mountains, our rustic Upper Lodge is the perfect retreat for groups seeking both comfort and community. With five private bedrooms rented individually, guests can enjoy privacy while sharing the charm and convenience of a well-appointed mountain home.

  • Room 1: Sleeps 2 – Shares a bathroom with Room 3
  • Room 2: Sleeps 2 – Shares a bathroom with Room 4
  • Room 3: Sleeps 2 – Shares a bathroom with Room 1
  • Room 4: Sleeps 2 – Shares a bathroom with Room 2
  • Room 5: Sleeps 4 – Private en-suite bathroom

Shared Spaces
Gather by the cozy fireplace in the lodge’s main living room, or settle into the den for movie nights on the large-screen TV. The fully equipped shared kitchen is designed for group cooking and entertaining, with two refrigerator/freezers, two double ovens, dual stovetops, a microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware and tableware you will need to prepare and enjoy meals together.

A shared full laundry room adds convenience for longer stays, and the lodge’s warm, woodsy ambiance creates a true home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Whether you are here for a rock crawl event, a family reunion, or a weekend retreat with friends, this inviting mountain lodge is the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and make unforgettable memories.

Rules and etiquette

 

RUGGED MOUNTAIN RANCH – RULES & REGULATIONS
Everyone entering Rugged Mountain Ranch must sign a liability waiver and agree to abide by the following rules. Violation of any rule is grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund and/or may result in a fine.

GENERAL SAFETY & CONDUCT

  • No Drinking & Driving: Operating any motorized vehicle under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • Helmets & Seatbelts: For your safety and the safety of others, helmets and seatbelts must be worn at all times when riding in or operating any vehicle on the property. This includes UTVs, ATVs, golf carts, and any other off-road, utility, or street vehicles. No exceptions.
  • One RV Per Site: Do not connect more than one RV to any electrical outlet. Violation may result in a $100 fine.
  • Firearms & Hunting: No firearms of any kind (rifles, shotguns, handguns) are allowed. Hunting is strictly prohibited.
  • Trash Disposal: Leave no trace. Do not litter at campsites. Do not place non-burnable items (glass, aluminum, etc.) into campfires. Failure to clean your area may result in a $50 fine.
  • Fires: Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings only and must be attended at all times. You are liable for any damage caused by fire to the ranch or surrounding property.
  • Check-In/Out Time: To ensure a smooth transition for incoming guests, please adhere to the following check-in/out guidelines:
    • All guests must vacate their accommodations by 11:00 AM.
    • If you plan to continue riding after check-out, you must remove all personal belongings from the rented space prior to 11:00 AM.
    • Late check-outs may incur an additional fee and are subject to availability.
    • Guests may check-in after 3:00 PM.

CHILDREN & PETS

  • Minors: Anyone under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • Pets: Maximum of two friendly pets per campsite. Pets must remain on a leash and under control at all times. Owners are fully responsible for their behavior and cleanup.

TRAIL ETIQUETTE & FEES

  • Respect Other Riders: Ride responsibly and always pass with caution.
  • Litter-Free Trails: Do not throw cans, trash, or debris on trails. Help keep the ranch clean for everyone.
  • Trail Pass Fee: A $25 fee is required for each off-road vehicle per day of your reservation. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these rules.
