Cancellations within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Important: Cancellation Protection must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later. Without it, standard cancellation terms apply based on your notice period.
Weather Policy: Weather conditions — rain, snow, heat, cold, wind, or other natural conditions — do not qualify for refunds or credits outside of our standard cancellation policy.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I cancel the same day I book?
Your cancellation terms are based on your arrival date, not your booking date. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you're eligible for a refund or credit (minus applicable fees).
Are reservation or credit card fees refundable?
No. All refunds and Reservation Credits are issued less any reservation and transaction fees, which are non-recoverable.
Can I use my Reservation Credit for anything?
Credits are valid for Lodging and Camping Reservations only for 365 days from issue. They cannot be used for 4x4/UTV Day Passes.
Can I transfer my Reservation Credit to a friend or family member?
Yes, if you purchased Cancellation Protection, your credit is transferable. Without protection, credits are non-transferable.
What if I forgot to buy Cancellation Protection and need to cancel?
Cancellation Protection must be purchased at the time of booking. Without it, your cancellation is subject to the standard policy based on the timing of your cancellation.
